Job description

We are looking for an HR Admin to oversee HR operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day company functions.

Responsibility

You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

  • Manage employee records and documentation
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities

Qualifications

We seek candidates with experience in HR and administration, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • MBA degree in HR,Business Administration, or related field
  • 0-3+ years of experience in HR and Administration
  • BBA degree in HR,Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and compliance
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
