Job description
We are looking for an HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT LIKE to oversee HR-Administration, Finance and accounts,operations, HR- Recruiting ,
manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day company functions and retention process of Employees.
Responsibility
You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Manage employee records and documentation
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle payroll, attendance, and HR policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities
Qualifications
We seek candidates with experience in HR and administration, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
- MBA degree in HR,Business Administration,Finance,Marketing or related field
- 0-3+ years of experience in HR and Administration
- BBA degree in HR,Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and compliance
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office,Power BI, AI ,Chatgpt tools
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
