Before this can send anything. Indian mobile networks only accept pre-registered messages. Register your entity and a sender ID (a 6-character header such as TEKFNO) on a DLT portal, register the exact message template with variables written {#var#}, then add that template in MSG91 where the variables are written ##LikeThis##. MSG91 gives you a template id. Two different ids are involved and you need both: the DLT content template id (19 digits, e.g. 1005451014580266169) issued by the DLT portal, and the shorter MSG91 template id for the flow. A message that does not match a registered template is rejected by the operator, so a success here is not proof of delivery: check the MSG91 delivery report.
